Karena is an Emotional Aromatherapy Coach, using essential oils as a tool to help you tap into your emotions.

During her workshop, you’ll blend your own essential oil roller to take home, something that feels personal to you. It’s not just a “nice smell”; it’s a way of anchoring back into that sense of reset long after the weekend’s done.

Spring has always felt like the real new year to me. Everything’s waking up again; the light, the energy, the bit of you that’s been in hibernation since December. It’s when change actually sticks, because it feels possible.

The Spring Reset is built around that feeling. It’s a weekend to stop running on autopilot, shake off the winter heaviness and get back to feeling strong, capable and awake in yourself.

Over three days we’ll use intelligent Pilates, rest and practical tools to help you reset properly, not a quick fix, but something you can carry into the months ahead. You’ll leave knowing exactly what helps you feel your best, and how to keep hold of it.

High in the Spanish hills, this retreat is designed to help you move bravely; not by pushing harder, but by understanding your body deeply, challenging your habits, and discovering what you’re truly capable of.

This is a completely new programme with new workshops, new focuses, new adventures, and a renewed sense of what a Pilates retreat can offer.

Across five days (four nights), you’ll experience a blend of expert-led movement, functional education, rest, and outdoor exploration set against the warm backdrop of late-summer Spain.

Move Brave is about learning to move with clarity rather than tension.
Trust rather than hesitation.
Strength rather than strain.

It’s about saying yes to new experiences; in your body, in nature, and in community - with guidance that feels safe and empowering.

Bryony will guide you through a curated movement curriculum based on:

1. Strength Without Strain

Understanding load, support and effort so you can move powerfully without gripping or bracing.
Focus areas:
• Hip stability without tension
• Stronger standing work
• Shoulder mechanics and scapular glide
• Combining breath + load for safer strength

2. Rebuilding Natural Movement Patterns

Helping your body remember what it was designed to do.
Focus areas:
• Foot function and gait
• Ribcage mobility + rotation
• Pelvic organisation during walking and climbing
• Whole-body integration for everyday strength

3. Nervous-System Led Movement

Working with your system, not against it, to improve confidence and ease.
Focus areas:
• Breath retraining for support
• Slowing down to reset patterns
• Balance work on varied terrain
• Using tempo and cueing to reduce compensations

4. Brave Body Sessions

Movement that gently invites you outside your comfort zone.
Focus areas:
• Outdoor Pilates challenges
• Trail-based movement exploration
• Strength circuits for midlife bodies
• Supported tries of things you might avoid at home

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all Pilates. On retreat, I’ll work with you individually to adapt exercises for your needs, whether that means gentle support while recovering from injury or more challenging sequences to build athletic performance.
