Here's How We Start…

There's no assumed starting point here. Whatever your fitness level, and whatever you're managing, Bryony wants to know before you're in a room full of people.

Step 1
Have a chat first

A short call to talk through your experience, any injuries or health conditions, and what you're hoping to get out of it.

Nothing to prepare, nothing to prove.

Step 2
Get matched to the right class

Based on that conversation, Bryony will recommend the class that actually fits your experience and your calendar, not just the one with a space free.

Step 3
Try a class for half price

Use code STRETCH50 for 50% off your first group class, so trying it costs you next to nothing. Once you’ve experienced the care and attention Bryony brings to each person, we’re confident you’ll book again.

A Class Community That Welcomes New People

Bryony's classes are small enough that people get to know each other. Many have been coming for years and are always glad to see a new face.

Outside class there are social events, themed workshops and group outings, and each year many of the group join Bryony on retreat in London or Spain.

Many leave with friendships that last well beyond the retreat.

Working with Injury & Rehabilitation

Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing a long-term condition or rebuilding after surgery, Bryony can help you move with more confidence. She works with people dealing with chronic pain, post-injury rebuilding, menopause, cancer recovery, osteoporosis, autoimmune conditions and pre and postnatal changes, and she brings her own experience of surgery, breast cancer, osteopenia and hypermobility to every conversation.

In practice that means a short call before you start, classes adapted to how your body is that week, and work on things like pelvic floor reconnection, bone health, fatigue management and safe movement with hypermobility. You will never need to explain yourself twice. If you are under medical care, it is worth checking with your GP or specialist before you begin.
