Pilates Retreats: Spring in London or some Spanish Sun
What to ExpectBryony’s retreats are built around education as much as rest. Through Pilates, breathwork, and practical movement workshops, you will come away with a genuine understanding of how your body works and the tools to keep it moving well long after you get home. Everything is adapted to the people in the room, whatever your level, background, or what your body happens to need that weekend.
❋ Intentional StructureEvery retreat is carefully planned but never rigid. There is space to breathe, reflect, and move at your own pace alongside the guided sessions, so the weekend feels purposeful without being prescriptive.
❋ Shared ExperienceThe people you share a retreat with are a big part of what makes it. Small groups mean genuine connection happens naturally, and many of Bryony's retreat guests leave with friendships that extend well beyond the weekend itself.
❋ Expert FacilitationEvery session is led by Bryony, with over 25 years of teaching experience across Pilates, rehabilitation, and women's health.
Guest facilitators Roxana and Karena bring their own deep expertise to the weekend, each complementing the movement work in their own way.
❋ A Space Where You BelongThese retreats are designed for real people with real bodies and real lives. Whatever your level, your history, or what you are carrying when you arrive, you will not need to explain yourself here.
There are 2 retreats to choose from…
The Spring Reset is an intimate weekend at The Kairos Centre, a quietly beautiful venue overlooking Richmond Park. It is the closer option, ideal if you want a proper pause without travelling far.
Ignite Within takes place over five days in Spain, among olive groves in the sun, and gives us the time to go much deeper into the work. Both are open to everyone, whether this is your first retreat or you have done many. It is worth knowing that a good number of people who come to one end up coming back for the other.
All retreats are fully vegan and gluten-free, with every other dietary need accommodated as a matter of course. Food is taken seriously here. Meals are wholesome, nourishing, and designed to work alongside the movement rather than against itThe Spring Reset

The Kairos Centre, Roehampton UK
The Spring Reset Pilates Retreat takes place at The Kairos Centre in Roehampton, a small and quietly lovely venue set within its own grounds overlooking Richmond Park. It is an intimate weekend retreat, intentionally so. Small groups mean that every session is genuinely responsive to the people in the room.
Over the weekend you will move through Pilates focused on core alignment and how your body actually functions day to day, breathwork to settle the nervous system, and sound baths with Roxana that tend to surprise people with how much they shift. Karena leads an essential oils workshop exploring self-care in a practical rather than abstract way, and there is time for massage and genuine rest alongside all of it.
Whether you are fairly new to this kind of thing or you have been practising for years, there is something here for you. People leave with a clearer sense of how their body works and what it needs, which is really the point. For some this Pilates retreat is a weekend that stands completely on its own. For others it becomes the starting point for Ignite Within - the longer retreat in Spain.
Ignite Within Pilates Retreat
The Olive Branch, El Chorro, Spain23rd - 27th September, 2026 - Last remaining spaces available. This is our third year returning to El Chorro, which tells you something. Set among olive groves in the Andalusian hills, it is the kind of place that does a lot of the work before a session has even begun.
Ignite Within runs over five full days and gives us the time to go properly deep into the work. There are masterclasses focused on alignment and control, Yin Yoga sessions that draw out the tensions that Pilates alone does not always reach, sound bath healing, and practical movement workshops that build patterns you will actually use when you get home. The programme evolves each year, so those returning will find something new alongside the familiar.
Yin Yoga and Pilates complement each other more naturally than most people expect. Where Pilates builds strength, precision, and control, Yin works into the deeper tissues and joints through longer held, meditative poses. Together they create a kind of balance that is difficult to find elsewhere, more flexibility, genuine calm, and a resilience that carries into everyday life.
Five days is also simply long enough to arrive, decompress, and actually absorb what you are learning. People tend to leave with that shift in understanding that is hard to put into words but easy to feel. Whether this is your first retreat or you have been before, the experience is shaped around whoever is there.
