Hi, I’m Bryony — it’s lovely to meet you.

I’m a fully qualified Contemporary and Classical Pilates instructor based in Whitton, Twickenham, with a specialist focus on rehabilitation, mindful movement, and inclusive classes for every body.

With years of experience supporting clients of all ages and backgrounds, I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies, no matter where they’re starting from.

I offer friendly, welcoming Pilates classes across Twickenham, Richmond, and Whitton, designed to suit all levels and life stages.

Whether you’re looking for energising mat Pilates in a community setting, starting out with a dedicated Beginners course, or easing into movement with Golden Pilates for over 60s, you’ll find a class that meets you where you are.

Online & 1:1 Pilates Sessions

Prefer to practise from home?

I also offer live Zoom Pilates classes and personalised 1:1 sessions, either in my home studio here in Whitton or in the comfort of your own home across Twickenham and Richmond.

These bespoke sessions are ideal if you’re:

  • Recovering from injury

  • Managing a health condition

  • Or simply wanting focussed support to deepen your practice

Pilates Workshops & Retreats

Alongside weekly classes, I run seasonal Pilates workshops and exclusive wellness retreats; in the UK and beyond.

These retreats are a chance to slow down, reset, and nourish your mind and body through gentle, intentional movement and connection.

My Teaching Approach

My approach to Pilates is all about you.

Whether you’re adapting to injury, working with chronic pain, or simply seeking better day-to-day mobility, each class is tailored with care, because I’ve been there.

With over 20 years of teaching (and injury) experience, I’ve seen how powerful this practice can be, not only in building strength and flexibility, but in creating a vibrant, supportive community.

Wherever you are on your Pilates journey, I’m here to help you move with more freedom, confidence, and strength; all in a down-to-earth, encouraging environment.

Happy Clients

  • Bryony’s online Pilates classes are perfect for me. Convenient and easy to fit into a busy schedule but there is no compromise on personal attention as Bryony’s expert eagle eye sees everything and she is very sensitive to everybody’s individual needs. Professional safe hands with a fun and informal delivery.

  • Best experience with Pilates in a group ! After years of doing Pilates in a gym and privately on reformer I found this combination of online and in class formula really effective. Bryony is an excellent teacher very knowledgeable about the physiology as well as hands on demonstration going from one person to next. You feel the difference! Online she is monitoring our cameras and giving feedback when needed. A great class! Full of energy annd humour and immediate results!

  • I've known Bryony for many years and have attended Pilates classes as well as one to one reformer pilates sessions with her. I've always considered Bryony's pilates an essential part of my wellbeing, and it was an integral part of my recovery after a car accident a few years ago. I've joined Bryony for a pilates retreat in November, which was absolutely fantastic. Bryony teaches in a very easy to understand manner, she is extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic and hands-on. I consider the retreat as a highlight of my wellbeing journey and loved every minute, I can't wait for the next retreat.

  • I have been doing Pilates regularly for about 20 yrs, mainly in gym classes. When the pandemic came, I started running more but I missed my Pilates classes. Bryony had always been my favourite Pilates teacher but she had moved on from my local gym. Luckily I learned she was doing zoom Pilates during the pandemic. Zoom classes have advantages. Bryony checks everyone in at start of class. You can report injuries and niggles. She will adapt the class to fit in an exercise/stretch that helps to sort your problem. The smaller classes mean more individual attention.

  • I like the way she often builds to a full exercise by working on the individual parts first. You get to practice all the movements before putting them together. I find this helps me to appreciate what muscles I'm using and what I should feel when doing the exercises. Bryony gets you working all parts of your body from neck to toes. (I like the spiky balls for my toes.) She gives personalized tips and variations, challenging you to work just that bit harder and encouraging you to do your best. I have had classes with a variety of good Pilates teachers but for me Bryony is simply the BEST!
